Graduated from Universidad Anáhuac del Norte with a Bachelor of Laws and received a Master of Business Law, with honors, from Universidad Panamericana. With over 20 years of professional experience, Christian has specialized in handling delicate civil, commercial, and family disputes. He is passionate about financial disputes and moral damages.

He has participated in high-profile cases, which in some cases involved several international jurisdictions with extensive media coverage. He has advised the Mexican Congress and defended relevant cases on freedom of expression and moral damages.

Certain that most legal crises can be resolved, he favors dialogue, addressing not only disputed matters but also the human and business aspects that caused the dispute and those that surround it —which has allowed him to successfully resolve disputes that in appearance where irreconcilable— but with the firm
determination of fighting cases to their last consequences.

Graduated from the National Bar Association Law School (Facultad de Derecho de la Barra Nacional de Abogados); he has been a part of ZINSER Legal’s team since its foundation. His professional practice has led him to specialize in family law cases, in which he looks for strategies that always place family interest before the dispute. He is convinced that, in practicing his profession child wellbeing is a priority, as they are the first ones affected by their parents’ disagreements; therefore, he always strives to reduce their
involvement to a minimum in the disputes. When it comes to their protection, he does not hesitate to use the tools at his disposal.

Throughout his professional career, he has participated in complex high-profile cases, looking at all times for the most appropriate resolution to the human and legal disputes entrusted to him. For more than 10 years, he has taught at the National Bar Association Law School “Individual Rights,” “Amparo Proceeding,” and “Amparo Proceeding Seminar,” and seminars on “Commercial Executive Proceeding,” “Ordinary Commercial Proceeding,”, “Parental Alienation Syndrome and Custody Disputes,” “Oral Family Proceeding,”, and “Traditional Family Proceeding.”

Graduated from the National Bar Association Law School (Facultad de Derecho de la Barra Nacional de Abogados). Since the start of his career, he has formed part of ZINSER Legal, focusing his professional development on the practice of civil and business law.

He has given seminars on moral damages, freedom of expression, medical malpractice torts, and civil procedure at the
